835 Remittance Interface

Add significant data automation to Blueway Tracker through an exchange of standard 835 remittance files for Medicaid and Medicare payers. The interface pulls financial information from your system into Blueway Tracker, greatly reducing up-front data entry.

837 Claims Interface

Enhance Blueway Tracker with coding information that is captured in addition to the original payment data and advanced automation for better pre-pay reviews.

esMD Submissions

Since 2013, Bluemark has been a certified Health Information Handler (HIH) with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services joining a select group of technology companies with the capability to participate in the Electronic Submission of Medical Documentation (esMD). This allows for the electronic submission of medical records and other required documentation to a Recovery Audit Contractor or other Review Contractor providing significant cost savings.

Appeals Vendor Interface

Where available, upload and submit required documentation and receive updates to cases electronically via a secure interface. All hard-copy documentation provided by the appeals vendor will automatically be added to each case, along with the changes in status and outcomes as the case moves through the appeal process. Current interface exists with Executive Health Resources.
